Smarter Technologies warrants its products to the purchaser against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period as specified under the enclosed Product Warranty Matrix:

“Warranty Period” will begin at the date of original products purchase from Smarter Technologies. Smarter Technologies will repair or replace product covered under this warranty with components of Smarter Technogoies’s election or discretion.

This warranty is further conditioned on the purchaser contacting Smarter Technologies during the warranty period. Only Smarter Technologies manufactured products are covered under this warranty. This warranty is further conditioned and will only apply to products that are properly installed. This includes correct wiring and connection to proper approved components and usage of the products under correct product working environments. This warranty is void and does not apply to products that fail as a result of neglect, mistake, misuse, alternation, or that is improperly installed and implemented. This includes but is not limited to: improper wiring, installation under improper and non-approved operating environments such as temperature, humidity or voltage conditions. Loss or damage caused by force majeure is not covered as well.

The purchaser should contact Smarter Technologies immediately when find defective products, send photos or videos to Smarter Technologies, and send the materials back if necessary. Smarter Technologies will make the compensation decision after carefully inspection and analysis.
